Based on the production and tools,setting the screw torque. The equipment has the automatic stop function when it reach the setting torque, so it will be more safe, high efficiency and high precision. And the equipment can prolong the service life of screw,tools and relevant components as well as lower the labor intensity and production cost

2.1 Power supply: one-way 220V/50Hz AC power supply, allowed voltage fluctuation of +-5%, allowed frequency fluctuation of +-5%

2.2 Ambient temperature: operation temperature between -10°C ---+40°C, storage temperature between -20°C ---+60°C

2.3 Ambient humidity: relative humidity: ≤90%

2.4 Visual height measurement: (optional) maximum measure height will be 150mm

2.6 recommended torque

1. before hoisting,moving and transportation, ensure the limit bolt had been mounted and fastening
2. suggest four-point hoisting and single hoisting line length is more than 2m in case the the hoisting line is too tight to damage the equipment
3. packed by wooden boxes with rainy proof and humidity proof
4. storage in dry and ventilating area and dust & humidity isolation if not used in long time

Please kindly take the following steps to install the equipment:

1. Firstly, put the equipment on the working table stationary and fasten the equipment on the table with screw. This installation step can be dispensed with our tool car
2. Secondly, cutting the fixed cable tie on the gear case and lift the gear case to the top limit
3. Thirdly, remove the fixing bolts between bottom board and base, store the bolts properly
